Fee $275 inc GST if subscribing to our update service, otherwise the fee is $550 inc GST.

Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement

For funding arrangements with either a bank or a related party of the fund, including trust deed review to ensure compliance and liaising with the lender to meet its requirements.

Declaration of Trust

To record the fund's interest in an asset where the fund trustees are not registered as the owners - as required by fund auditors and the Australian Taxation Office.
